World Children’s Day 2009 – Creativity and Innovation European Year 2009

World Children’s Day 2009 will be celebrated during an event to be held on Sunday 22nd November. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, with the support of various public, private and national organisations, is organising this event, to be held at the President’s Palace in Valletta between 10.00am and 3.00pm.

Agenzija Appogg, Agenzija Sedqa and Agenzija Sapport, within the Foundation for Social Welfare Services will be participating during this event. Activities held by the agencies will include: interactive sessions for children, discussions for parents, puppet shows, and distribution of informative material amongst others. The event is aimed towards children of up to 12 years. Children and families are encouraged to attend.
